Job Descriptions

• Monthly preparation of balance sheet, income statements, and other reports for Singapore entities according to IFRS via QuickBooks online;
• Preparation of transaction reports and invoices in multiple jurisdictions;
• Liaison with external accounting services providers for tax reporting and financial statements preparation in various Southeast Asian countries;
• Liaison with internal and external business partners and stakeholders in various countries for data reconciliation and ad-hoc reports and documents 
• Other ad-hoc financial & accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Korean, including excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Up to 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a start-up environment
• Ability to work proactively, independently, collaboratively and reliably in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once

• Solution-driven mindset and ability to think practically, work independently with little guidance and lack of resources, and able to escalate issues when needed;
